How do i curl my hair with a straightner?

so, i have a chi straightner and i was wondering how to curl your hair with it? i used to know how, but i forgot how to. please, help?(:How do i curl my hair with a straightner?
Clamp the iron a few inches from roots and give iron 180 twist. Slide the iron all the way down hair and release.

Most straightners can't curl aswell as straighten. I've tried it with mine and they don't work, which is why I have a seperate pair of curlers and straightners.
